Welcome to the Kismet Organization API documentation. This API allows you to manage your organization’s users, calls, and metrics programmatically.

API Overview

The Kismet Organization API is a RESTful API that provides access to:

• Calls: Access call data
• Call Metrics: Retrieve analytics and performance metrics
• Egresses (Call Recordings): Find and download recordings from your provider’s calls
• Organization Users: Manage users within your organization
• SOAP Notes: Retrieve AI Generated SOAP Notes
• SSO: Authenticate your users to provide seamless access to their Kismet accounts
• Transcripts: Retrieve call transcripts and AI Generated clinical summaries
• Waiting Rooms: Get information about provider waiting rooms
• Waiting Room Subs: Manage provider substitutions
