Welcome to the Kismet Organization API documentation. This API allows you to manage your organization’s users, calls, and metrics programmatically.
API Overview
The Kismet Organization API is a RESTful API that provides access to:
- Calls: Access call data
- Call Metrics: Retrieve analytics and performance metrics
- Egresses (Call Recordings): Find and download recordings from your provider’s calls
- Organization Users: Manage users within your organization
- SOAP Notes: Retrieve AI Generated SOAP Notes
- SSO: Authenticate your users to provide seamless access to their Kismet accounts
- Transcripts: Retrieve call transcripts and AI Generated clinical summaries
- Waiting Rooms: Get information about provider waiting rooms
- Waiting Room Subs: Manage provider substitutions
